This isn't a full game, so not all of the features are implemented which I would have liked and there aren't very many maps. I've added a download link, aswell as a web player incase you use chrome or just prefer it in a standalone player. Hotline Miami is an action game loaded with brutal action, heavy shooting and rolling heads. Set in a 1989 alternative Miami, you'll take on the role of a mysterious antihero in a murderous rage against the shadowy underworld guided by your answering machine's voices. The Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9 release proved to be the most significant of all the releases made by apple in the Mac operating system X series. Mavericks proved to have a lot of in-built features that made it stand apart from all other operating systems released under the tag of the Mac OS X line up. Great news! I managed to get Hotline Miami ported for Catalina OS 10.15x and Big Sur 11+. So if you own the game already then download the offline backup setup file and install it into Porting Kit. Porting Kit 4.0 Beta is advised to use for Catalina and Big Sur users. Have fun!

Basic Portingkit Install Instructions GOG games:
1. Download the Hotline Miami “offline backup setup” file(s) into your download folder.
2. Always read the “notes” of the game description first for additional steps!
3. Go to the library server tab and select the game you want to install and click “Install”
4. Portingkit will create the wrapper and locate your setup file in your download folder
5. The installation of the game will start, run through the install wizard.
6. After installation, exit the installer (don’t run launch the game).
7. Porting kit will say it has finished successfully.
8. Go to your local library tab and select the game and click “play”!
9. Enjoy the game!

Hotline Miami is a high-octane action game overflowing with raw brutality, hard-boiled gunplay and skull crushing close combat. Set in an alternative 1989 Miami, you will assume the role of a mysterious antihero on a murderous rampage against the shady underworld at the behest of voices on your answering machine. Soon you’ll find yourself struggling to get a grip of what is going on and why you are prone to these acts of violence.
